Ohmygawd, tear the tofu! Freaking genius. Scallions cut on the bias? So they look good and don’t wilt? Freaking genius. I knew about the blanche and shock situation but the drying in a towel is a level up. Natanya being a chili pusher is unexpected and freaking genius. And I’m a member of the Academy so clearly I’m special. So great.
