Travel The World With Me! Ireland, France and NEW! Mexico City and Southern Italy trips are filling up!

The history of food is the history of humanity, and I think that's the most interesting kind of history, the kind you can EAT! I've traveled all my life; visiting markets, peeking into kitchens, learning from other cooks, tasting, smelling, sipping, and asking many questions about why people eat what they eat.
It's something I love to do, and love to share with other people, so when the opportunity to host group trips centered around food came along I jumped up and said YES!
So come join me on one of our upcoming food-focused trips, we'll eat and (always optional) drink a lot, but also have a healthy dose of daily activity, like easy hiking, sailing, truffle hunting, lots of city walking, and more! Scroll down for some incredible testimonials from previous travelers, and maybe one day you can be one of them!
I hope you can join and I can't wait to meet you!

What People Are Saying
Booking a trip with strangers can be a little daunting, especially if you are a new traveler! But don’t worry, you’re in good hands with me and our professional, licensed local guides. Here are some of the things people are saying about my trips…
From our Greece trip!
“It would be an absolute joy to travel the globe with Erica on every single one of her beautifully curated trips. I have been to Portugal and Spain with her and wholeheartedly recommend embarking on one (or all) of her upcoming adventures. It is a delight to travel with a group guide and have an exciting schedule of varied and interesting activities prearranged. All you need to do is show up, make friends, enjoy, and indulge. Getting to know Erica has been a special treat. She is a warm, genuine, and funny lady and a knowledgeable and passionate chef. She generously shares her insights on food history, ingredients, preparation tips, and stories about her many years in professional kitchens. If you love to travel, eat drink learn, and laugh, just do it people.” -Annabel
“I recall thinking that the type of person attracted to your social media presentations was incredible, considering the group of people that joined the first Erica Wides Inaugural Trip to Portugal. When I landed in Lisbon and started meeting my travel companions, I was thrilled with the high level of diverse backgrounds, and interest in cooking, entertaining, and travel. Erica, you and your associates, delivered 110% to my trip. I too have taken tour package trips with different companies so I know what to expect. In Portugal, we had it all with the package that your associates chose for us, from hotels, restaurants, and excursions. I hope in the future to join more of your trips as long as you bring us your over-the-top humor and love of cooking and travel.”-Deborah
“It was such a treat for me to travel to Portugal with Erica! She is a friendly and attentive host. She is exactly like she is in her videos. I loved getting to spend a week with her and our little group. It was a good way for me to get out of my comfort zone and explore the world. I would highly recommend joining her if you get the opportunity.” -Casper
“My first trip to Portugal and my only trip inspired by an Instagram influencer. It was amazing. I had such a good time! From interesting walking tours around Lisbon, the cooking class, experiencing the local cuisine, and so much more. It was wonderful. My favorite was seeing the breathtaking landscapes of the Algarve by boat. I was immediately at ease meeting you and Netanya and I enjoyed meeting everyone else that came on this tour. I would do it all again without hesitation.” -Ruth
