The clock is running out on booking for our Ireland and France trips, my friends. You know you want to come along on one, or maybe both? Just think how beautiful Ireland (June 20-28) will be on the longest summer days and nights of the year…fireflies, whiskey, local cheeses and farm produce. And then Burgundy and Bordeaux (plus optional Champagne!) (October 10-24) at the peak of Autumn harvest and crush season…Grand crus, the golden mustard fields of Dijon, the land of my favorite pastry the canelé, so much cheese, red wine sauces on everything…Why not bookend your summer with travel? With me? That’s what I call a win-win-win. Let’s go!
First of all: If after watching the Suzette video above and wondering what happened to the section on how to actually make the crêpes, well, we tried this week, to insert it into the Substack video, but something went terribly, horribly wrong technically and so we had to scrap it. If you didn’t see the Insta reel, here it is! So just watch the above, pause, watch this, and then finish the Suzette video, ok?
