I actually don’t know if that’s at all true, that the caper is beloved around the world. I certainly love them, and have eaten and cooked with them for the 30-odd years of my career. They rock my flavor socks, and are magic fireworks for your food. Anywhere you want a little briny “ping!” call in the capers. They’re so small, but really bring the noise.…
